terms of service
by requesting my services, you are agreeing to the following terms. terms of service may be changed or updated, it is the responsibilty of the customer to check before commissioning. failure to follow tos may result in being blacklisted from future commissions and sales.

basic tos
- must provide clear unshaded reference
- do not change character
- no rush orders; depending on the length of my cue, the wait time may be a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 1 month unless stated otherwise
- i can decline any requests without reason
- communicate any changes you'd like during the commission process or within a week of receiving the completed artwork
- additional characters in a singular piece are an extra 60-75% of original commission price per character (depending on complexity of character/idea)
- my art is not to be used or sold as nfts
- my art is not to be used within or to teach/program ai
- i only quickly check the accounts of commissioners and do not condone or associate with any problematic behaviour that may be linked to my clientsdesigns
- make any changes you want after purchase; keep the original file separate and with credit
- resell for same price if no art or media has been added to the character
- you may reject a custom if unsatisfied! i will sell the rejected design myself and make you a replacementpayment
- paypal (USD) only; via invoice
- payment must be received before i begin the commission
- payment must come from your account
- inquire about payment plans for large ordersrefunds
- no refunds after completion
- full refunds only available after 1 month of waiting and if i haven't started
- requesting a refund before this or after i have started will result in only being refunded a portion of the cost
- if i believe i am unable to complete your commission for any reason, i will contact you and refund youupdates

all commissions come with a transparent or simple coloured bg unless requested or stated otherwise. ask about other backgrounds (may require additional fee).- flat colour = lineart + colour with no shading
- full colour = lineart + colour + shading
